Paintball is an easy and safe sport that can be played between teams with one, two, five or even a thousand players per side. There are several different paintball games to play but the most common paintball game is "capture the flag". The object of the game is to go out and capture the other team's flag while protecting your own.

Paintball fields have lots of obstacles like forts, tires or even old cars set up for players to hide behind to make the game even more challenging.
